Richard E. Morris is a seasoned Deaf professional with over 20 years of work experience, highly regarded in Quality assurance, business analyst, process improvement, performance metrics, software development, training and management. For over eight years, Richard was the founder / president of Real World Success, a premier provider of customized professional development training, consulting and motivational speakers for the Deaf and Hard of Hearing. Richard also served on several boards. He, his deaf wife, and their two hearing twin sons, one deaf son, and one hard of hearing daughter reside in Montgomery County and attend Broadway plays / shows frequently.
